1. Payment
• All payments must be made via Bank Transfer, Stripe, Kofi.• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot. The remaining balance is due upon approval of the final sketch.• All prices are in euros.2. Process & Revisions
• Please provide clear references. Text descriptions should be as detailed as possible.• 2 rounds of major revisions are included (e.g., pose changes, outfit changes). Minor tweaks (color adjustments, small detail fixes) are free. Significant changes after the sketch phase may incur an extra fee.• Commission turnaround time is estimated at 2 to 4 weeks. If I foresee a delay, I will communicate this to you immediately.3. Rights & Usage
• Personal Use: Clients have permission to use the artwork for personal use (avatars, social media banners, private printing, desktop backgrounds).• Commercial Use: If you wish to use the art for merchandise, branding, or profit, please contact me for a commercial licensing quote.• Artist Rights: I retain the copyright to the artwork. I reserve the right to post the final commission in my portfolio and social media galleries unless specifically requested otherwise.4. Cancellations & Refunds
• If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, a full refund will be issued immediately.• If the client decides to cancel after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.
I Will Do
• Original Characters (OCs): I am happy to draw your original creations.• Fan Art: Characters from existing media (games, books, anime, etc.).• Portraiture: Stylized or realistic portraits based on references, including animal portraits.• Specific Styles: Cel-shaded, semi-realistic, flat color, line art.I Won't Do• Hate Speech/Harassment: Anything promoting hate, discrimination, or harm.• Copyrighted/AI Material: I cannot replicate the style of other specific living artists or use AI-generated images as the base.
